Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of enterprise innovation solutions including a range of technology products and consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Goss to the Board of the Company as Chief Technology Officer with immediate effect.

His management experience includes numerous technology leadership positions across several medium-sized businesses in the EU and the US which has enabled him to build core business strengths in areas such as growth strategy formulation and implementation, turnaround execution, and assisting businesses in transitioning to online, Cloud and SaaS based delivery models.

Prior to joining Imaginatik, Mr Goss had spent 10 years in the US, most recently as owner of Polardene Corporation, a boutique SaaS, Cloud and Online Services Consultancy for software companies in transition. Polardene identifies target customers' preferences for clients thereby enabling them to invest effectively in product development. Other previous experience includes Chief Information Officer at DestinyUSA, where he oversaw the development and deployment of new revenue and sustainability models. He was also Senior Director at BMC Software, a systems and service management software company for enterprise customers where he led the turnaround of the SaaS and managed services business unit by transitioning to a new delivery platform and eliminating loss-making services.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Goss held senior positions at Digica Limited, the onshore and offshore IT outsourcer, and at DCS plc, a logistics software, supply chain and ERP solutions provider.

Imaginatik also announces the resignation of Mr. Andrew Wainwright from the Board as Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately. The Board thanks him for his valued contribution and wishes him well in the future.
