Imaginatik PLC27 July 2007 Imaginatik plc ("Imaginatik" or the "Company") AGM Trading Update Mark Turrell, CEO of Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK) will today make the followingstatement at the Company's first AGM since it floated on AIM in December 2006: "Since the beginning of our financial year in April we have contracted with afurther thirteen blue chip customers, including Xerox, Eastman Chemical andPaccar, Inc., in the US, UK and Europe, either for pilot projects or full systemimplementations. We are very encouraged that many of these new customers havealready expressed an intent to extend these engagements to full contracts withinthe current financial year. In addition, we have contracted incremental businesswith existing clients, such as Hewlett-Packard, Pfizer, Inc. and Merck & Co.,Inc. and are seeing increasing levels of revenue coming through our partners. "Following our decision to focus on larger, higher value sales, and to investtime in developing our strategic partner channel, we anticipate the larger partof the revenue for the year will come in the second half.
