Close Brothers Venture Cap Tst PLC20 March 2007 CLOSE BROTHERS VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST PLC FIRST DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR TO 31 MARCH 2008 The allocation of the dividend declared on 5 March 2007 between revenue reservesand realised capital reserves has been changed from 2.5 pence per share fromrevenue reserves to 1.85 pence per share and from 2.5 pence per share fromrealised capital reserves to 3.15 pence per share. This first dividend for thenew financial year ended 31 March 2008 will be paid on 5 April 2007 toshareholders on the register on 16 March 2007.
