Close Technology & General VCT PLC11 May 2007 CLOSE TECHNOLOGY & GENERAL VCT PLC SHARE PURCHASE , VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL Close Technology & General VCT PLC announces that it has, today, purchased60,905 Ordinary shares at a price of 104.5 pence per share. This represents0.12% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before thetransaction. These shares will be held in Treasury.
