Total Voting Rights Following Conversion of Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock ("CULS")

The Company announces that following today's commencement in trading in 15,937 new Ordinary shares of 5p arising from the recent conversion of £46,704 units of CULS, the Company's issued Ordinary share capital now consists of 150,617,655 Ordinary shares of 5p and 58,119,590 Treasury shares and there is £36,528,016 nominal of CULS outstanding. 

The above figure (150,617,655) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
