Result of Annual General Meeting
Anglo African Oil & Gas plc, an independent oil and gas developer, announces that at the annual general meeting, which was held at 11.00 a.m. today, all resolutions were duly passed.
As announced this morning, a further general meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 20 July 2018 at the offices of finnCap at 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ with the sole purpose of considering a resolution to receive the annual report and accounts which were published this morning.
