London and Lagos, 8 August 2024: Airtel Africa, a leading provider of telecommunications and mobile money services, with a presence in 14 countries across Africa, announces that following the payment of the final dividend payment on 26 July 2024, notification was received on 8 August 2024 that 32,463 ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each were purchased on 2 August 2024 by the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") under the dividend investment plan at a price of £1.1120 per share.
