The Board of Close Enterprise VCT PLC announces that the unaudited net asset value per share of the Company at 23 October 2008 amounted to approximately 92.98 pence per share. This is after accounting for the dividend of 0.4 pence per share paid on 15 August 2008 to shareholders on the register as at 18 July 2008 (to shareholders who subscribed in the 2006/2007 offer only).
