CLOSE BROTHERS DEVELOPMENT VCT PLC
SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
Close Brothers Development VCT PLC announces that it has today purchased 78,848 Ordinary shares at a price of 82 pence per share. The Ordinary shares purchased represent 0.26% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shares will be held in treasury.
Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following;
Close Brothers Development VCT PLC's capital today consists of 32,438,309 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each, with voting rights. The Company holds 1,917,171 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Close Brothers Development VCT PLC is 30,521,138.
The figure of 30,521,138 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in Close Brothers Development VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
