Admission of Placing Shares
Further to the Company's announcement of 19 November 2020, AAA announces that the admission of the 62,500,000 First Tranche Shares to trading on AIM became effective at 8.00 a.m. this morning.
The Company's issued ordinary share capital now consists of 892,473,572 ordinary shares with one voting right per share ('Ordinary Shares'), which includes 34,333,333 Ordinary Shares issued over the course of November 2020 to date pursuant to the exercise of existing warrants over Ordinary Shares under the Company's block admission announced on 2 July 2020. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 892,473,572. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
Capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the announcement issued by the Company dated 19 November 2020 unless otherwise defined herein.
