Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 18 February 2021 under RNS number 6130P, the Company issued an additional 5,975,000 redeemable ordinary shares of no par value.

Following this transaction, the total number of redeemable ordinary shares in issue is now 434,141,757, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the number of redeemable ordinary shares with voting rights attached now in issue is 434,141,757 and this is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
