AMEDEO AIR FOUR PLUS LIMITED (LSE:AA4) (the "Company")

Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement of the results of the Second Placing under the Company's Placing Programme released by the Company on 27 November, 2017 under RNS number 6178X, on 28 November, 2017 the Company issued an additional 40,350,000 redeemable ordinary shares of no par value ("New Shares") at an issue price of 104 pence per New Share.

Following this transaction, the total number of redeemable ordinary shares in issue is now 642,250,000, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the number of redeemable ordinary shares with voting rights attached now in issue is 642,250,000 and this is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
