Update on proposed Second Placing and proposed acquisition of the Sixth Asset

As referred to in Amedeo Air Four Plus Limited's (the "Company") prospectus dated 3 December 2015 (the "Prospectus"), the Company intends to issue New Shares in a second tranche of the Placing Programme (the "Second Placing") in order to acquire a sixth Airbus A380 aircraft (the "Sixth Asset").

It is currently intended that the Sixth Asset will be delivered in April 2016. As such, the Company has instructed Nimrod Capital LLP, as the Company's Placing Agent, to commence discussions with potential placees on the proposed Second Placing for approximately £50 million.

Further information in relation to the proposed acquisition of the Sixth Asset and the Second Placing will be announced in due course in the Second Placing Announcement.
