Mrs Hallam's shareholding had been incorrectly stated in the prospectus issued by the Company in June 2017, and in the Company's annual financial reports published since this date, as 44,669 redeemable ordinary shares. Following this purchase, Mrs Hallam holds 45,000 redeemable ordinary shares, representing 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.
