Overview
Amedeo Air Four Plus Limited (LSE:AA4, LEI:21380056PDNOTWERG107) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
Declaration of Dividend
The directors of the Company have declared an interim dividend of 1.50 pence per Redeemable Ordinary Share in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
This dividend will be payable on or around 29 January 2021 to holders of record 22 January 2021. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 21 January 2021.
Once there is greater clarity on the future prospects for global aviation and, in particular, the prospects of the Company's two aircraft lessees, the Board will reconsider the possibility of reinstating regular quarterly dividends.
