Share Dealing by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and persons closely associated with them
The Company (LSE:AA4) announces that it was notified today by Mr. David Gelber, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 14 July 2016 Mr. Gelber and Mrs Vivienne Gelber, a connected person of Mr. Gelber, acquired an aggregate of 106,385 redeemable ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.
The transaction took place in London and details are as follows:
