AMEDEO AIR FOUR PLUS LIMITED (the "Company")(LSE: AA4, LEI: 21380056PDNOTWERG107)

Completion of Partial Compulsory Redemption of Shares and Total Voting Rights

As announced on 22 February 2023, the Company resolved to redeem one ordinary share ("Share") for every eight existing Shares of shareholders on the register of members as at close of business on 28 February 2023. Accordingly, 43,414,122 Shares were redeemed and have now been cancelled.

The redemption proceeds due on the redemptions of these Shares will be paid on or around 14 March 2023.

Fractions of shares produced by the applicable redemption ratios have not been redeemed and so the number of shares redeemed in respect of each shareholder has been rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares.

Following the compulsory redemption of Shares, those Shares not being redeemed have been re-issued under the new ISIN number GG00BNDVLS54 and are available for transactions from and including today.

The total number of Shares in issue is now 303,899,361, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the number of ordinary shares with voting rights attached now in issue is 303,899,361 and this is the figure which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
