ANNEX DTR3 ANNOUNCEMENT
Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
In accordance with paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "DTRs"), the Company announces that it was informed on 12 January 2016, that Mr. David Gelber, a director of the Company and Mrs. Vivienne Gelber, a connected person of Mr. David Gelber, acquired an aggregate of 29,400 ordinary shares of £1 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The transaction took place in London and was as follows:

This notification is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.4R.
