NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a suspension notice dated 29 September 2023 published by the Issuer that there is to be a suspension of the listing of the Notes which is to take effect from 7.30 am time on 02 October.

 

 

By way of background, the Issuer was required to file its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 by 30 September 2023 in accordance with the listing rule.

 

We rely on third party valuation experts to value the assets and liabilities. The valuers rely on Interest Payment Date information which is issued only in July. This process leaves only 1 month to audit and sign the financial statements. Further, new auditors were appointed this year and there was a prior year adjustment in the financial statements which required addressing.

 

As a result of the above, the Issuer requests the suspension to take effect from 7.30 am on 02 October 2023.

 

The Issuer intends to complete the audit and file its financial statements as soon as possible and to request the restoration of listing in accordance with LR 5.4.3 thereafter.
