Following notifications made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) and in accordance with Article 19(3) thereof, 888 Holdings Plc (the Company) notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR)Â in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company (Ordinary Shares).
On 16 November 2020, the Company was notified that Mr Itai Pazner, Chief Executive Officer of 888, sold 300,000 Ordinary Shares on 16 November 2020, at a price of 260p (the Transaction).

Post this Transaction, Mr Pazner holds 819,796 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.22% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
