Bloomberg ticker change
As of today, the outstanding security issued by Flagship Finance PLC (FFP) with ISIN XS2360589563 and maturity date 14/07/61 will trade under the Bloomberg ticker "BRMFRD". The instrument previously traded under the ticker "FSHPHO". This change has been made to align all listed securities within the Bromford Flagship group under a single ticker.
Following the merger on 28 February 2025 between Bromford Housing Group Limited and Flagship Housing Group Limited, market announcements will now be made under the Group parent Bromford Flagship Limited (BFL). FFP remains an integral part of the Group's financing structure. However, all future market updates and disclosures will be issued by BFL to ensure clarity and consistency for investors and stakeholders.
