Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 21 March 2023 (the "Final Terms") for NatWest Markets Plc ("NatWest Markets") for the JPY 10,000,000,000 Senior Fixed Rate Notes due 23 March 2028 (ISIN: XS2601930238) (the "Notes") issued under the £15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of NatWest Markets (the "Programme"). 

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 7 December 2022 and the supplemental prospectus dated 17 February 2023, relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
