U.S.$1,500,000,000 Reset Subordinated Perpetual Certificates

REVISED REDEMPTION NOTICE

Pursuant to Condition 9.2 (Trustee's Call Option) of the terms and conditions of the abovementioned Certificates (the "Conditions") as set out in the prospectus dated 29 June 2020, the Trustee hereby gives notice that it will redeem the Certificates (in whole but not in part) on 1 October 2025 (the "First Call Date") at the relevant Redemption Amount.

For this purpose, we confirm that as at the date of this notice:

· the outstanding face amount of the Certificates is U.S.$1,500,000,000;

· the accrued and unpaid Periodic Distribution Amount for the Periodic Distribution Period during which redemption occurs to the date of redemption is U.S.$22,500,000; and

· there are no due and unpaid Optionally Outstanding Payments.

The listing of the Certificates on the Official List of the FCA and on the DFSA Official List and the admission to trading of the Certificates on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange and on Nasdaq Dubai will be cancelled on, or shortly after, 1 October 2025.

Capitalised terms used in this Redemption Notice that are not otherwise defined have the meaning given to them in the Conditions.
