7digital (AIM:7DIG), the global leader in B2B end-to-end digital music solutions, is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.
At the meeting, the Chairman, Don Cruickshank, introduced a brief management presentation on the recent acquisition of 24-7 Entertainment ("24-7") from MediaMarktSaturn ("MMS") (the "Acquisition") and the signing of significant contracts with MMS for the development of new digital services.
