7digital (AIM:7DIG), the digital music and radio services company, announces that it has been notified that Sir Donald Cruickshank, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 140,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 17.46 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 March 2015.
Following this purchase, Mr Cruickshank now holds 290,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.26 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
