Capital Home Loans Ltd (CHL), a subsidiary of permanent tsb plc, has appointed Gerry Hickey as CHL Managing Director designate. The appointment is subject to regulatory approval. Gerry, who is the current Risk and Credit Director at CHL will succeed Bob Young who will step down in the coming months. CHL also announces the resignation of four members of the local management team which will take effect in the coming months.
