Headline: Permanent TSB p.l.c. Announces New Director
Monday 1st October 2012.
The Chairman of Permanent TSB plc, Alan Cook, has announced the appointment of Dominic Dodd as a Non-Executive Director of Permanent TSB plc.
Dominic is a former managing partner of Marakon Associates, an international strategy consulting firm specialising in growing long-term value for shareholders. He was latterly executive director of The Children's Investment Fund Foundation, which funds projects to improve the lives of the poorest children in the developing world. He is currently chairman of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and a director of UCL Partners, Europe's largest academic health science partnership.
Speaking today, Alan Cook said that the appointment was a key part of the Bank's ongoing process of Board refreshment: "Dominic's experience as a non-executive director and business consultant will be invaluable to the Bank and I look forward to his contribution in the months ahead."
