TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Company", "Issuer") presents selected estimated consolidated financial results and operating data of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. Capital Group ("TAURON Group", "Group") for 2020 and Q4 2020.

Selected estimated financial results for:

(a) 2020

Sales revenue and compensations: PLN 20 917 million, including discontinued operations: PLN 483 million

EBITDA (operating profit increased by amortization and write-offs for non-financial assets): PLN 4 223 million, including discontinued operations: PLN 171 million

EBITDA divided into segments:

- Distribution: PLN 3 023 million

- RES: PLN 297 million

- Generation: PLN 172 million

- Supply: PLN 683 million

- Mining: PLN (157) million

EBIT (operating loss): PLN (1 732) million, including operating loss from discontinued operations: PLN (717) million

Gross loss: PLN (2 374) million, including gross loss from discontinued operations: PLN (718) million

Commercial coal production: 4.54 million tons

Commercial coal sales: 4.08 million tons

(b) Q4 2020

Electricity distribution: 13.32 TWh (including to the final consumers: 12.84 TWh)

Gross electricity production: 3.79 TWh (including OZE: 0.55 TWh)

Heat production: 4.11 PJ

Retail electricity supply: 8.72 TWh

Commercial coal production: 0.96 million tons

Commercial coal sales: 1.11 million tons

In the fourth quarter of 2020, the TAURON Group's consolidated financial results were affected by the recognition of impairment losses as a result of the impairment tests carried out on 31 December 2020 and the reduction in the carrying amount of loans granted by the Issuer to Elektrociepłownia Stalowa Wola SA, which reduced the gross financial result of the Group by PLN 3 179 million (no impact on EBITDA).

The financial results presented above are estimates and may be subject to change.

The final figures will be presented in the consolidated report for 2020, which is scheduled to be published on March 31, 2021.
