Board Changes - Resignation and Appointment of Director

The Board of The Housing Finance Corporation Limited (the "Company") announces that Gail Teasdale will step down as a National Housing Federation (NHF) nominee director on 31 July 2025. The Board thanks Gail for her valuable contributions as the NHF's representative.

We are pleased to confirm that, effective the same date, Gail will be appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director. This transition reflects the Board's continued confidence in her leadership and expertise and will provide a broader, independent perspective to our governance.

Gail is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience, primarily in senior Finance Director roles in both private and public sectors. She has significant expertise in housing development, asset management, regulatory compliance, audit and corporate oversight.

Gail will also join the Audit and Risk Committee, where her financial and risk management experience will be highly valued.

Separately, Gail will step down as Chief Executive of Broadacres Housing Association on 31 July 2025, where she has overseen strategic growth and operational excellence in affordable housing.

The Board looks forward to Gail's ongoing contribution in her new role.
