Spire Homes (LG) Limited conversion to Community Benefit Society completed

Further to RNS Number: 6447R - 1st March 2019, Spire Homes (LG) Limited, a subsidiary of Longhurst Group Limited, converted to a Community Benefit Society with Registration No 8088 on 8th April 2019, and the floating charge from Spire Homes (LG) Limited has now been released.

As confirmed in the RNS Number 6447R, the secured assets will remain subject to the existing security (other than the floating charge) and there will be no change in priority in respect of the existing security.
