3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company") Directorate changes

The Company announces that it has approved the appointment of Stephanie Hazell as a non-executive Director, to take effect on 22 August 2022 or, if later, the date on which the Jersey Financial Services Commission confirms that it has no objection to such appointment.

Stephanie has over 20 years' experience spanning the energy, infrastructure and telecoms sectors. She was previously Group Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at National Grid having begun her career as a management consultant with PwC before taking on senior roles with Orange and Virgin Group respectively. She currently holds Non-Executive Director roles at Renew Holdings plc, Neos Networks, North Sea Midstream Partners and Piclo. She is also a member of the advisory committee of Shell New Energy Ventures.

Richard Laing, 3i Infrastructure's Chairman, said:

The Company confirms that there are no further matters to be disclosed in relation to Stephanie Hazell in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R of the UKLA's Listing Rules.
