3i Infrastructure plc announces that on 11 December 2015 Peter Sedgwick, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, formally resigned as a Director of the Company, with effect from 31 December 2015. Mr Sedgwick has been Chairman since 29 January 2007 and, as announced in May 2015, had notified the Board of his intention to stand down from the Board of Directors at the end of calendar year 2015.

As announced on 6 November 2015, Richard Laing will become Chairman of the Company on 1 January 2016, subject to the prior approval of the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
