Sphere Medical Holding plc (AIM: SPHR.L), a leading provider of innovative monitoring and diagnostic devices for the critical care setting, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been published on the Company's website at www.spheremedical.com.
Printed copies of the both these documents will be posted to shareholders shortly.
Sphere Medical will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10:00am on Thursday 28 April 2016 at the offices of Taylor Wessing LLP, 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW.
