£50,000,000 2.554 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2054
Bromford Housing Group has today executed a Forward Purchase Agreement in connection with the issue of £50 million in principal amount of 2.554 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2054 (the "New Bonds"). It is expected that the proceeds from the New Bonds will be received on 17 March 2020.
