£200,000,000 5.034 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2042

£250,000,000 3.375 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2045

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bonds that, following discussions between the Stonewater Group and Puttenham and Wanborough Housing Society Limited (Puttenham & Wanborough), the transfer of engagements of Puttenham & Wanborough into Stonewater (5) Limited has been approved by the Committee of Puttenham & Wanborough and a Working Group pursuant to the requisite delegated authority from the Board of Stonewater (5) Limited.

The intended effective date for the transfer is 31 December 2023.

Puttenham & Wanborough is a housing society that owns 15 affordable homes in the villages of Puttenham & Wanborough.

Stonewater Limited will remain the parent of the Stonewater Group.
