NOTICE
Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this Notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Prospectus dated 18 August 2021.
This is to give notice that the Issuer is unable to comply with its obligation to deliver to the Cash Manager, and each Trustee two copies of its Financial Statements for the financial year 31 December 2021 by the Accounts Final Delivery Date, pursuant to clause 1.2 of Part 1 of Schedule 6 of the Incorporated Terms Memorandum.
The reason for this is that the auditors have had a significant number of staff on sick leave.
The auditors have advised it is most likely that the Financial Statements will be finalised by 12 August 2022, which is the date that they are due to be delivered to Companies House.
