Following approval at yesterday’s general meeting, EnSilica has completed its £10m fundraise first announced on 12 March 2026. The raise materially strengthens the Company’s balance sheet and addresses a concern that has weighed on the shares. The additional funds will, among other things, enable access to matched funding from the UK Space Agency (UKSA) thus accelerating the development of chips for the space industry. The proceeds will also support co-investment in new contracts and provide increased confidence to prospective new clients.
