UKOG made no such claim about the LOS's - because they know better.

It was you and the other members of the ramptastic crew fell on the LOS's as though they were manna from Heaven and made (continue to make) all sorts of spurious claims about their significance.

However, each LOS was greeted with a big fat "meh!" by the market as they didn't budge the share price.

Again confirming that they aren't worth the paper they are written on.

UKOG don't meet the requirements for Govt support, as they have no funding in place and no pipeline agreement.

Two facts that have been pointed out to you on numerous occasions.

I see you skirt over point C) in your diatribe(s), because you know that's a fact.

The composition of the salt is less than ideal, as it's riddled with Claystone layers.

That's a fact too.

Look it up on page 11 of the presentation on the UKEn website yourself.

UKOG helpfully included the GR and Lith column which shows that, although they have omitted the Dolomite / Anhydrite layers that are also present.

Since you are clearly not aware, I have direct experience in planning and drilling salt cavity storage Wells in Hornsea.

That, and my decades of experience in running Rigs for a living, is why I know how to interpret E-Logs and therefore know that the salt in Dorset is less than ideal for leaching out a salt cavity.

Likely why it's not been done before in Dorset and the previous project in Portland didn't go ahead.

Why, since you plainly haven’t done it yourself?

If you had, then you’d know that;

A) The LOS’s proffered so far are not a binding agreement, are not a contract and do not provide any financial guarantees. They are therefore not worth the paper that they are written on.

B) UKOG do not meet the minimum requirements (no financial guarantees, no pipeline) needed to be able to submit an application in the 1st round.

C) The mechanism by which H2 storage will be funded means that no Govt money will be forthcoming until after the facilities have been constructed – which will take a Decade and at least £1 Billion. Time and money that UKOG do not have.

D) The salt layers in Dorset are less than ideal for leaching out salt caverns – as I said and helpfully demonstrated on UKOG’s own presentation on the UKEn website.

E) UKOG are running at a loss of c. £200k per month.

F) The performance of Horse Hill has deteriorated markedly over the past few months, with a substantial increase in water production while the oil production continues to fall, such that HH is barely making enough cash to cover the field operating costs.

G) UKOG have substantial liabilities w.r.t. the P&A and site restoration of Broadford Bridge-1, which they don’t have the funds to cover and therefore need a placing to fund. It is now apparent that they have not filed an appeal to the original March 2024 ruling and therefore will be under pressure from WSCC to do this sooner rather than later, as they are in breech of the licencing conditions.

Of course in the past you have claimed they will be saved by – amongst other things - that they have financial backing from an International Company (not a fact), that a HNWI from Europe was investing (also not a fact) and that they are guaranteed to get Govt funding (also not a fact).

So far, in the couple of months you have been spamming this board with your fantasies, you have a track record of near 100% failure in your predictions

But the posters who you claim post "negative bile" have a track record of almost 100% in being correct with our predictions - a track record built up over several years, as you keep pointing out.

You claim to be a genuine investor, yet there is a distinct lack of consistency in the buys & top ups that you state you have made?

You claim that the "realists" are not investors, yet both myself and Ninetails have clearly stated that we are still invested, while other have also made it clear that they have invested / traded in UKOG shares in the past.

But since anyone can post on this board, it actually doesn't make any difference whether they are a shareholder or not.

Now I know the length of this post will have far exceeded your attention span, but one more thing.

Let's look at the facts in terms of the number of posts to this board in the last 30 days;

Madit - 156

Ocelot - 148

Penguins - 117

If you take off the posts of the "Derampers" that were simply pointing out the factual errors and logical flaws in your posts, then our numbers would plummet.

But if you take off the number of posts where you respond to the points raised by the "Derampers", then you'd still be left with 156 posts....

On the other hand, facts and you have never been closely associated.

As for yesterday, sure it finished up by a massive 0.0005p (not 8%) and if you want to claim credit for that, then go ahead.

Although if you forecast that the share price will rise every single day, then sooner or later there will be a day that it actually does.

But if you do take credit for yesterday, you also have to take the credit for all your forecasts that didn't come to pass either - like the "30% rise tomorrow", which never happened..

Yesterday was the deadline for appealing the decision to refuse the extension for BB.

No announcement about BB by UKOG today, so - going by their past behaviour - it means that UKOG have decided against appealing.

In which case WSCC will be putting pressure on UKOG to P&A BB and restore the site, as they've done nothing with it for so long and WSCC will not want the potential liability hanging over them.

UKOG's own cost estimate is £1.1 Million to do the work.

Mine is somewhat higher, as that estimate is now out of date and the Oil Field has seen significant inflation (much worse in some cases like specialty drilling fluid chemicals and service co personnel costs), just the same as the rest of us.

Given the number of zones perforated (plus ensuring the sidetrack junction behind the casing is isolated) and that they have to P&A to the standards set out in the OEUK Well Decommissioning Guidelines Issue 7 of November 2022, I think it'll will be £1 Million just to P&A the Well. Restoring the site will probably be in the order of £600k - £750k, although they might be able to reduce this by agreement with the landowner if it suits him to do so.

Now, although UKOG somewhat disingenuously claim to be debt free, they don't have the cash to do this work.

Of course, the Ramptastic crew will say things like "International Investor" or "Govt funding" will provide the cash.

But they are conveniently "forgetting" that in the extraordinarily unlikely event some International Investor does come in, that will be for UKEn, not UKOG (234) Ltd.

Similarly, the chances of Govt funding are zero (a fact that they also conveniently "forget") as that's not the way that H2 Storage Projects will be funded.

But even if Ed Miliband has a rush of blood to the head and throws cash at UKOG without doing any due diligence, it would be ring fenced for UKEn, not for UKOG to use for whatever they want to.

So guess what - they'll need another placing to get the cash.

How soon?

That will depend on how much pressure WSCC put onto them to get on with the P&A and site restoration.

Page 7 of the UKOG slide pack is interesting.

While UKOG talk about the D2 Super Cluster as if it's centred in the South West, the map itself shows the super cluster is actually made up of two very large clusters, based in South Wales and the South East of England, and numerous much smaller ones.

Not much in the Dorset area at all - which is why page 8 shows the extensive pipeline network that would have to be built to accommodate any storage facility in Dorset.

Page 10 of UKOG's UK Energy Overview shows that the salt cavern Wells will be directionally drilled.

This is despite the fact that the Wells need to be vertical, otherwise the leaching string will destroy the casing integrity.

Hmmm, I'm sure I've said that the Wells need to be vertical before now....

Hopefully the newly appointed Chief Technical Officer will correct that oversight.

Although one has to wonder why he hasn't done so already, as he has worked for UKOG for the past 5 years?

Page 11 of UKOG's UK Energy Overview shows a perfectly formed cavern, even though the logs clearly show large claystone layers, plus what look like Dolomite / Anhydrite layers or rafts within the salt.

Those non-salt layers will make leaching out a salt cavern extremely difficult - if not impractical - as they will either form ledges or collapse into the void, potentially trapping the leaching string.

What a pity nobody pointed this out before.

Well, if UKOG's past history is anything to go by, it means they have some "bad" news coming out soon, and want to deflect.

Exactly what they did with the Pin-1 testing results on 1st & 2nd of Feb, having used the resumption of Pin-1 testing RNS to deflect from the equity issue - both on the 23rd Jan.

Before that, they issued a "non-RNS" on Pin-1 testing on the 11th Jan to deflect from the placing RNS issued on the 12th Jan.

So what could be coming up?

The deadline to submit an extension to Broadford Bridge is tomorrow, so perhaps they've decided an appeal is a waste of time / money?

But would they have to RNS that they weren't going to appeal?

Or would UKOG simply not say anything and just let the PI's find out another way some time later - as has happened in the past.

BTW, if Kris Bone really does have as much salt cavern experience as they imply, he needs to update his LinkedIn profile.
