Clearly half a day is not enough time to call witnesses etc in a full court case. If it was procedural then the listing would have had the same wording as the last one.
So it must be something else.
If Judge K was on leave last week then to have something complicated on his first day back arranged while he was away would be a tad unfair.

In fact they bought so many, they were able to block the share issue.

The someone who was forward selling was in the short squeeze - and was deeply in the brown stuff.

Then the city closed ranks, made out that him and his mum should have made a bid for the whole company.

By thrteatening him with that, the city were able to get the shares to get their buddy out of the brown stuff.

I'd rather like to think it was the latter, as it puts ZZ's foot on Hope's throat in the negotiations.

Arsenal - I agree, given the current perceived circumstances, this would be a generous offer from ZZ. However, I will feel MUCH more relaxed with virtually any agreement between the parties.
