RE: CGP releases just out - thanks to P6927 Nov 2020 16:20
Redknight - wow...typing for britain today ;)
I too have been digesting 'stuff' from CGP.
Couple of obs on your posts.....
NM has categorically stated the BFS (which he refers to as the "FS", time and time again) will be "towards the end of 2021. He has not been more specific on this. And as Quady states the repayments from CGP will start after the "BFS". So it gives CGP a few more inches in the hangmans noose! (Approx another year to find the dosh).
Secondly you mention their "going voncerns", verbatim. These 'clauses' are common on many mining publications, in particular, Solg state them at the end of their juicier RNS's. It is a generic clause twiddled with to fit their particular operation. Nothing to be alarmed at as it is a regulatory thang!
CGP have contradicted themselves:
With the PFS date.
With the FS date.
With their paubacvk responsibilities.
Just goes to show what being amateurish - actually looks like!
They state that IF a FS is completed (???), they will then have a clear picture of what Cascabel is worth and will fund it at the rate of $150m/$1Bn of mine value. It has been suggested that Alpala could over-run to £5Bn! That will mean $750m please CGP!!
PS: CFP stands for Conditional Finance Package.....;)

This $7.7M they want now, is o pay for admin, stationary and odds and sods.....NONE of it is going to be spent on any exploration and yet somebody out there will take up the offer - you couldn't make this up!
Will Warren I buy into this mirage I wonder?
