Can you bring us back some Um Bongo YR

I live in Kirkcaldy where HVE are based and went for interview there with the recruitment consultant for position of Process Engineering Manager. That was just before Xmas 2016. In the end they were looking for someone with lots of machine shop experience so none of the candidates that were put forward were suitable. So I never got to meet with any of the HVE team. I did get to see the range of products they were making for various clients (higher end and beautifully made) and from the information I pieced together at interview (new premises in location where rates will be low are modern and state of the art, lots of nice cars in the car park, buzz about place and staff looked happy, comment that company expected to be profitable in 2017, recent "right sizing" of staff, new chairman who intends to buy £300k worth of shares from his own pension fund) it convinced me to buy £25k worth. I later reduced that to £10k in order to get into KOD (good move)). I don't think this will turn into a 50 bagger but could easily 5-10 bag from here. Hope this info is useful to y'all.

KDR today announced that it had found a boulder that had rolled down a hill without mentioning the word garnet : ) I'm sure KeyserSosse is well impressed! KDR is a pure punt but if they do find commercially viable diamonds it'll 10+ bag easily

It's been that way for months. The Prof is great at finding Kimberlite. The next RNS will be about garnets. They aren't any closer to finding worthwhile diamonds than they were 5 years ago.

Best summary I've seen of KDR to date skier1. The cycle goes, mention kimberlite and garnets, do a placing, mention kimberlite and garnets, do a placing. They took the contact email address off their website contact page because they were fed up with investors asking questions (they never replied to any of mine). Still, the share price seems to have bottomed out at this level with high spread so i'm just going to wait it out - there is always the possibility of a significant find but i get the feeling it's like looking for a needle in a field of haystacks.

What worries me is that not one director has a sizeable holding as far as I can see and not one has bought any shares for a long time. Doesn't make good reading.

I see they've taken their email address off the website to stop investors asking questions (not that they ever replied to any of mine). Still, at these bargain basement levels this has got to be good for a rise on hype

waffle from the Prof. Indicators but no diamonds. At least they didn't mention garnets this time. They'll save that for the next RNS just before a placing to fund their salaries.
