Just sold my holding as it crossed my threshold this morning. It's been a bit of a ride at THG but I'm delighted to have hit my target.

In the past I've held on just too long being too greedy, trying for a few more percent and it's bitten me in the a R se. I've learned that it's much safer to leave some meat on the bone.

I'll be watching with interest tomorrow and I hope all LTH have a bumper day meanwhile I'll be having a glass or two tonight to celebrate,

The assessments are old news.

They have been disputed for a a while so the arbitration path could also be a very positive move.

Tullow considers that the two disputed tax assessments, which total $387 million plus penalties, breach TGL's rights under its Petroleum Agreements. Tullow's decision to file for arbitration on these matters does not result in any change to the overall exposure previously disclosed.

Been out and about today so not been able to keep a close eye on trades but I saw a 400K buy around lunchtime for £100K plus

Of course our loony de-ramper will call it a sell despite being at a higher price to other trades around it.

Have a look at the FT piece on Offsetting. It's common practice when working with government contracts. An opportunity to for the corporates to put back intgo the community. The investment can also go towards your ESG goals and targets.

Doesn't sound like a SAYE scheme to me.

It's a performance based award with vesting periods to encourage retention of key staff etc.
