Agree completely, you can bet your last buck that the Govt. will do it when it suits them and not us, also potentially subject to the minutiae of political skulduggery and palm greasing that unfortunate is all to common in some African countries.

While AP is no angel, it's not all his fault I believe.

The only thing holding back the SP is the delay in getting the diamond deal finally signed off. It's the delay and missed timelines by AP that's ****ed off people. The planets are aligned, the pieces in place and the fundamentals are OK.

People need to have a little faith and patience, this WILL come good and will be a nice payday for those of us who can hold their nerves and see it through to the end.

VAST is my biggest holding representing 50% of my portfolio ( I know, a lot of eggs in one basket ) so I am in it for the long term. My average is .28 so have taken a bit of drubbing over the last week or so but I am confident it will bounce and bounce hard.

I also know what a pain it is dealing with government bodies, and no matter how important we think this deal is, it's one of that they are working on so is unlikely to be their top priority. While I think AP is prone to delivering overly optimistic RNS's regarding timescales and SP predictions that eventually come back to bite the SP in the bum, if he can pull it off with the Minister for Mining and his colleagues, it's going to be either a slightly late Christmas or a very early one for those of us who have stuck with it.
