Ohhhh LB28, i am most definitely invested, and this SP... needs to hit 94.9999 before i break even. Im not bitter and twisted... just disappointed, hence my moments of.... negativity (or as i see it - REALITY)

And i suspect we will be issuing more shares in the very near future, to raise some money, to purchase whatever and run the company, which in turn will drop the value... i suspect we will finish about 10-15% down by the ened of the month...however... that said, fingers crossed that this is a good move and we 5 bag from here.. who knows, this is only my opinion from what i have seen in the past... i might be lucky this time!

Well, he's a mate of BIG Dave L isnt he. you can pretty much guarantee, if its been recommended or lauded by BIG D, then its gonna head south at some point.... SOLO, REM, LENIGAS OIL, DORIMUS, AFRICAN POTASH, YOLO, INSPIRIT.... just off the top of my head! All, in my opinion of course.

If i said YES, i would be accused by some of ramping, if i said NO, i would be accused by others of deramping, so i will just say, read the past RNS's, see what the CEO says and then what he does, check out the mcap, number of shares, cost to run the company per annum, then per month and then...THEN.... put your finger in the air and see which way the wind is blowing, because after all that.... its your best guess

shedulike - but surely, a CEO can buy shares irrespective of a data room NDA, because there is a precedence for it. All they have to do, is release an RNS stating that over the next 6 months, every month, the CEO will purchase £1000 worth fo shares, out of his own money. This covers them for any insider trading, as it is a guaranteed purchase, at market rates and this has been done before, (see BoD of Cadence and Kieran Morzai)... so, it is possible. IMO

Surely, if the BoD invested 5k each or their own cash, right here, right now, pre-consolidation, this would be a good thing. i mean, they wouldnt be losing anything, as has been pointed out several times, 5k now, will still be 5k after consolidation, but it would show and act of faith, self belief... again, just my opinion, but its what i would do if i was CEO, id have some shares bought with my own money.

No Bricksa, im not advising you to sell, the best thing to do is buy more, buying drives the SP up... it shows confidence..
but, im not advising you to do anything, i was merely pointing out, thats all. this is a forum right? a board where we can all say what we feel, offer opinions, state what we think, but it doesnt mean you have to believe it, or follow any direction... im just stating my opinion. im not saying that anyones elses opinion is less valid, i was just unerlining MY opinion. We understand the maths CH, we get it, the fundaments are, you consolidate from 1billion to 1 million and the company is theoretically worht the exact same, the mcap hasnt changed, just the number of shares in circulation, we get it, we understand that...... HOWEVER...
In reality, the SP will drop, as stated, around 25%, because historically, a consolidation is used to remove an abundence of shares, a gazzillion shares, so that more shares can be issued by way of equitey to raise operating cash, this is what happens.
A clear sign of good intent would be for the CEO, or BoD in general, to purchase shares, it would show faith in the company and the planned route, but, this rarely happens.
So, the theory and the reality, seldom march hand in hand..
i am not deramping ,... this is a fact, this is how it often happens, purely, simply.
i am not calling you out, i am not denying your point, but, irrespective of what the CEO says, lets see what happens...
current mcap as of today 25 june is 2m, lets see if this is the same on 25 August...
If it is or has increased, i will apologise to you unreservedly...
If it has dropped (25% ish)..... im going to copy and paste this and just say...... I TOLD YOU SO

Good argeument, heard the same many times, look, we have consolidated, but my shares are still worth the same..... so.. i am going to save my real answer until the start of August and the share price is closer to 6p, than 6.75p, because, thats what happens, just before the shares are issued that will release equity to raise funds.. as always happens and then...THEN, i will ask you how many of your ten or twenty pieces of cake are still worth eating !

about 6.75pence per share after the consolidation right....
which means they only need to hit about 42pence a share for me to break even....
so, no chance then !

it looks like you are the only one chatting on this board. there has to be a massive consolidation coming doesnt there.... they nneed funds, a 2m mcap company with so many shares in circulation
