The Nomad with the company today confirmed that the talks are real...them being quiet today has looked them in the eye....they never saw it coming.

JbG...to be fair, TW was given confidential information not in the public domain about the Company..then as YA were illegally forward short selling shares they didn't have in conjunction with WShak and crew on here deramping then it's fair to say that the evidence is compelling.

Of course JbG it was last, because Winnifroth has been badgering the Nomad about Zaza talking about the majors and arbitration and he wanted it checked by the Nomad and RNSd again, to try and disprove the facts...

Lol but the Nomad wrote this RNS....so that there was no ambiguity...straight from the horse's mouth to me this morning....

@garytrader, it's also plausible that YA engineered the default over the confusion to trigger another one with Outrider.

Don't forget though, as YA were illegally forward selling and that WShak was boasting that he was shorting us to 0.20 but gave up at 0.22 at exactly the same time.

And to add the caveat, I think like Reg the TW crew were hoping like the Arbitration to release the news late today about the Outrider thing...I really do think YA are trying to get the CLNs off them.

Good post fg...however the NDas were only RNSd recently and these things aren't done overnight, but let's not dwell on that. As Bedex said these things always crop up just when we get into calmer seas...I said the same to Puddy this morning, as soon as the news broke..another fecking thing to have to fend off the swell of trolls that will pile on here today, but to a man we did well to stem the tide.

I spoke to YJ this morning and Tim said they'd been Nomaded (his words) to death and lawyered to death too over the meeting last week, so it seems our shorting doom and gloom trolls were pressurising the Nomad to release this RNS as they were trying to prove that the talk of Super Majors was false...it backfired massively though as it made the Nomad check and double check the SM participation and agreement and they obviously agreed with the company that these discussions have been proven and are very real.

Hence the half hearted troll crew showing up. They now realise that it is true.

I think they were hoping that the RNS would say it wasn't happening. In my very wit and wisdomed opinion .

Tsbs, they will have done something out with of the CLN agreement which is why we have asked for an injunction mate..and asserting our rights....

Action in Cayman Grand Court with respect to the 2020 notes

On 11 October 2018, the Company and its fully-owned subsidiary, Frontera International Corporation, filed an action in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in relation to the loan notes issued by Frontera International Corporation to Outrider Master Fund L.P. in 2016 and due in 2020. On the same date, the Court granted the Company's request for an injunction regarding the security underlying the notes pending the outcome of the dispute. The Company intends to vigorously assert its rights. The Company will provide further updates as they become available.
