Thanks Twrch. Glad I am not the only one. Not that I am selling, just wondering where they are. Long term holder of opti and sbtx. Next year Rodney................................
Hi people. Good to see some chat going. These shares have not managed to hit my account. Should they have? Please advise.
Like many, I am disappointed by the SP. H1 showed sales of £1m which is a massive growth given the circumstances. With deals coming in all the time, products that have not come to market, growth in existing products and sweetbiotics, I see nothing but a flourishing company. This should show in H2 and I am guessing £2m for this period with all the back end royalty payments. Again this would be great growth so although this is taking far longer than I expected, the SP should follow.
My concerns are the sale of sbtx shares and the promise of a dividend for long term holders. I can also see this happening with sweetbiotics, devaluing the company with a promise of a dividend again. The lack of updates troubles me as with other shareholders. Also, the lack of advertising for Go Figure and other products which I am using myself but only know about through shareholding research. I recently had a hypertension review with the doctors. My blood pressure had dropped quite a bit and lost weight. I mentioned slimbime and OPTI. The nurse had never heard of it.
Anyway, moan over with. I do see a bright future though. onward and upward!
The buy and sell totals cannot be correct!
All the money I had available Thomas......unless you would like to donate some?
Thanks Aqua. Just bought another £5ks worth. Will probably sell some just before the inevitable sweetbiotix spin off company and invest in that.
Does anyone have an idea where the 20 ton of sweetbiotix is heading? Seems like a lot to produce without having an order for it.
So the 23% opti hold in sbtx is no worth over half of the value of this this. I am so confused with this share!
Opti owned 41% at the start, now down to 23%. Not a great dividend for the 2017 crew as others buying in get the same deal. Slicing lumps off the company then giving back 23% does not look great. When they lop off Sweetbiotics it will be the same deal, opti will be devalued by of what is taken out and given back 20odd% of the true value.
Thanks Aquae and dactions,
I knew I heard it somewhere (Not going mad yet!). If no dividends or shares, then I seems like a raw deal. Bit like someone taking your car away but leaving you with the engine and telling you we will build a better car over the years with lots of investment.
Also looks like the same will happen with sweetbiotix and possibly with pharma.. Opti gets watered down and you are left with 40% of another company.
Hello Belgrano. I meant when the company spit to opti and sbtx, was there not a dividend or shares promised?
The company is in a far better position than last year. Sales growing even in a pandemic. Silly me sold some sbtx shares in the hope they would drop like this has done many times, to get back in. Ah well, leaves me with cash to invest here. Just looking for sub 50p. So many positives with opti and so many directions it can go. At £44m mcap this is a bargain in my opinion, especially the stake they hold in sbtx which could be that on its own soon. Cracking the USA will be the catalyst in both the health and pharma markets should see this rocket. Been in for many years now with a few top ups. Fingers crossed, not long now. Hit the £100m mcap with decent profits then the big boys should take notice!
Also, does anyone know anything about the dividend we were supposed to get when sbtx was set up as a new company?
I don't log on often but I read these posts and it reminds me of how the opti board read years ago. Yes this is a great company but things will take time. I see this share as the same as opti. Up and down and I hope to take advantage of that. if I am wrong then I am wrong as I cannot predict the future. I sold 25% of my shares and hope to get back in. This should be a great company but will take time. Many big investors want to see cash coming in. I predict this will drop below 35p. As for ramping, if you think that a major investor takes any notice off an anonymous post on the internet, you are deluded.
As it stands, muchbox made a great move. I sold just over 25% of my holding to buy back. Yes this company has so much potential just like opti. If you look at the opti share price over the last few years you will see many peaks and troughs with good news coming all the time. I see this as no different. If I traded opti like i am trying to do with this, I would have many more times the shares I hold. If I miss out then that is fine, I will have still made a tidy profit!
Well hasn't this thread gone down hill! It seems that all but a few have faith in this company. Are numerous multi - million pound companies going to throw millions into products they have no faith in selling? I doubt it! I cannot predict the future but this looks like the best investment I have seen for a while. Yes the company is overvalued at the present but the potential is massive. Share growth has stalled as people want to see cash coming in. It is there but there was always going to be a slow build up as brand awareness increases. At a 1:20 approx scale up, it doesn't take much for the value to increase drastically. You will always have people who have nothing better to do than put people down or not see the bigger picture. 75p maybe, 50p haha. Anyway, good luck to those invested!
I think everything has been said about this share and all the insults thrown. My advice is don't invest. I would recommend OPTI or SBTX as they have a major breakthrough on microbiome, but DYOR. Other than that, save your money till Brexit and buy Bluechip once they have fallen.
