Considering this was only a month ago I'm still optimistic.

@razel and chancers. Tough time for us investors. I'm not going to sell unless there is bad news on the three projects. The support at 4.9 has still held despite the dumping and delayed news.
If Trinidad had flopped surely the market would be updated. So I'm leaning towards the project is close to production hence the delay in updating the market.

Chances I've been tempted to sell as well if I'm honest.
The cln I'm not too fussed about it's more so the lack of news when we should have been producing. Our exclusivity period with the co2 supplier has passed. Paul always reminded us we have exclusive rights to Trinidads excess co2 and the importance of this. We've no idea if this has been extended.

It's silly that there are so many unknowns.

We've seem a few of these 250k buys the past couple of weeks. Somebody is buying large chunks.

Can only hope Paul is close hence the delay.

@chancers I'm a little disappointed in Paul. Obviously Trinidad has been delayed but no explanation why. As you said no update since March. The last vox market video there was no hints of a delay either.
A bit more shareholder engagement would help.

Today's sp movement doesn't make any sense. Mm's have dropped the price and raised the spread despite the buys.

Also such a tiny volume traded. Vast majority are Patiently holding.

I'm also not worried. The charts shown the bottom and as predicted once it gets below 5 the buyers bring it back up

Kind of disappointed we didn't have another conversion to test the support level.

Update on Trinidad pilot. If successful funds will need to be secured in order to purchase the rest of the field. Or some development/partnership for morroco. Paul stated in video that the competent persons report rns was intended for potential partners and larger players. Also that morroco is the most exciting asset. There's surely a purpose for the new broker.

Paul also said the end of June. The last time he said news was due in 45 days, he delivered the Morrocan license within that time frame.

If any positive news drops, with this spread buyers will come in and it won't take much volume to get us back to all time highs.

Chancers you'll only miss out on a small increase if you buy morning of positive rns. Probably best to play it safe till we're updated.

Haven't seen the spread this low before. Should help bring in new investors.

Glad to see it hold yesterday's gain. Twice now the chart has confirmed bottom around 4.95. I doubt will be able to get these under 5p again.
Surprised to see no further conversions by the lender.

Pointless AGM if nothing of substance to report in RNS. It begs the question. Why not wait until after some news worthy of discussing.
Meanwhile mm playing with the sp. End of day sell quote was 4.9 and buy was 5.30. Stayed above 5p which is good I suppose after the recent free falls. Spread is 40p not the quoted 70p. The deleted trade was a typo. Not sure what's happening with these delayed trades.

Agreed, news on Trinidad is overdue and we should be producing by now. Management could have been more clear on the delay. Let's hope the news end of the month is worth the wait.

Paul has said news is due at the end of the month. I agree it would be nice to have an update on the cln. However Paul's focus is running the company not following the share price. If he can deliver on the 3 projects the sp will follow. It's holding above 5p coming up to the end of the week. Its hard to say if this is the bottom as no expected conversion took place this week. So far the buys do seem to keep it above 5. Patiently holding and waiting on news from Trinidad.

I would sit tight this week and see if there is another conversion. Buy price is 5p again. Its back above 4.95 support.
looking at the 6month chart is painful however fundamentals have stayed the same. Can't really say i'm surprised to see the fall today, CLN is playing out and no news to recover the SP.

@razel, thats a better average than mine. My last buy was £3.5k at 6.5 which i feel was a good price for the assets we have. I've got my target number of shares and holding long. It's currently the only red in my accounts but i'm not concerned as it's just manipulation.

@chancers Well done on bids, it's nice to recover some of your losses quickly. I was able to snap up a few US shares at a bargain price. Which are nicely in the green now.

4.95p was the last low on no news, so far we've been able to hold above that. There's not been a significant sell off following the RNS. less than 1% of the float traded today. Next week will tell if the SP has finished factoring in the constant conversion/sell off. We won't know for sure if it is the lender selling or impatient long long term holders.

If Trinidad test wells prove to be a success and provide the targeted BOPD then the buys will easily outweigh the sells and the SP will climb back up.

looking at the one year chart, it would be difficult to get under 5p imo. Realistically if this hits the 4s again simply on sells from the CLN. Many buys would come in propping it back up.

Glad to see the BOD appointing a new broker. The previous one was questionable at the least and this shows they realise their mistake.
The SP is still being held down. Those two 50k share sells dropped the price from +5% to - 2.25%. Despite a £13.5k buy before them. We're still at the mercy of the CLN, however the SP seems to hold above 5p. When it gets close to 5.1 the buys flood in. Good support at this level.

Still holding all my shares and waiting on news from Trinidad. Also hopeful this new broker provides Paul with a way out of this CLN.

less than a million shares were sold today. which is less than 1% of the float. Considering all the panic following the conversion, this is nothing. Of course with PRD that causes a large swing and nobody likes to see losses. The vast majority have decided to hold despite two days of free fall. Will the CLN collapse the company? no. We were all expecting the company to do well. The lender turning out to be a trader doesn't change that. I hope Paul has learned his lesson. More equity should have been raised at the IPO. As far as I understand we can get out of the CLN if Paul repays 105% plus the fee. taking away the conversions already done, that's about £1.3 million as currently stands. Something i hope the board is considering if this continues and no reassurances from the lender.

I've chose to hold my shares, we've been here before on no news and with so little volatility it will probably go lower.

@bear yes until loan note is fully converted and the shares then sold. I expected them to convert more than just a 100k today as a "responsible lender". Looks like they will bleed this for a while.

Didn't expect it to break below 6.65, Interesting to see how the week plays out, either back to 6.65 or fall to 5.4.

Story has stayed the same. Shame how the CLN has played out but will pass

trying to make sense of the days trades. following the RNS the stock price held 6p despite the £22k sell at 14:04.
Then at 14:18 a £15k sell at 5.65p. A £1k sell went through at the same time for 6p.

Someone deliberately sold below market price which plummeted this into the 5s. The foul party in all this may be novum.

Looks like a lot of panic following the RNS. Guys i did say the lender and mm's were bringing the price down to then convert more of the loan.
The lender gets the shares at 6.5p as this was the price for previous two trading days. It now makes sense to allow the sp to rise again. Classic example of a big player manipulating sp. If you trade stocks this action should come as no surprise.

I'm sure Paul was aware this may happen when agreeing the deal. He will have weighed up the pros and cons. The CLN allowed us to acquire Morocco. Why does it matter if the sp has come down in the short term? Ultimately Morocco will eventually increase our market cap.

This morning i tried to dummy sell 20k shares and got no quotes. Max i could sell was 7k shares. Whereas this afternoon following the RNS i was able to get quotes for 200k shares. I doubt that was a retail investor, more likely mm's accumulating.

All the gaps are filled and this can easily rise back up with little resistance.

Worst thing you can do is panic sell. Of course DYOR.
