From the competent persons report the best estimate for the recoverable gas on in first tier myocene is 474BCF. High estimate is 943BCF.
Gas is priced in thousand cubic feet Mcf. It is currently at $1.9. For simplicity I will use $2. (gas will also likely recover much higher)
474BCF is 474 million Mcf.
That equates to $948million revenue. If use the high estimate from cpr it is double that. Paul used a reputable company to carry out the detailed cpr. The Morrocon goverment is also paying sdx $2.3/Mcf. So the true value could be much higher as there are also other potential fields under the license area.
So you can see why Paul gleems any time morroco is mentioned. He did not want to dilute but felt it was worth it to expedite morroco.
If we can drill and find near those volumes then our 75% stake in morroco will be sold to a major. A huge sum.
Some of those funds will be allocated towards island which is another big project, the rest a fat divy for shareholders including himself. What I'm here for.
