@mike, yeah I'm not sure why he gave that as a reason for not purchasing fram.

Again its just speculation on my part. Bpc wanted more money, our partner who offered 1.75mil, refused to pay what Bpc wanted and walked. Next option was we purchase it and run the field ourselves. This would've required dilution as it's not budgeted for in our cash reserves.
The field contain wells that are not yet ready for tertiary recovery and continue to produce using secondary methods. If we had purchased fram ourselves then we would be producing oil using conventional methods as well. Sounds minor but its not the company Paul is building. All the oil we produce needs to be from co2 eor.
Just my thoughts as a lth. I won't deny the sp being down here is *hit but I'm here for the long run.
