This one. As Riddler said very risky. Most of the assets are on some sort of financial Terms. The Plaza sold are to be received as installments etc.

George Street, Staplehurst, Kent George Street, Staplehurst is deemed by the directors of TRAF to be a major project for CBH where it has an option over some 5 acres of land. Staplehurst has been earmarked for substantial residential development and it is anticipated planning permission will be granted on the 5 acres, once the planning application has been submitted. This is currently being progressed and is anticipated to be before the Council (who have already given informal confirmation that all criteria in relation thereto have been satisfied and, therefore, planning permission should be granted) shortly. The group will develop the site in two distinct phases. Phase 1 is expected to comprise 22 units (part private/part housing association) and covers approximately half the site. Access will be retained to the rear half of the site, which under Phase 2 should accommodate a further 22+ units. It is anticipated that planning permission will be granted and construction commenced and completed on Phase 1 prior to the 31 st March 2015 financial year end and will contribute to profit for that period. Phase 2 will be developed out thereafter, contributing to future years’ profitability

According to my calculations if those 7 houses in Oakhurst Park Gardens have been sold (which i believe it has) would bring in £4,115,000 in revenue just from this development. The last Property at Meade Cottage in Edenbridge just sold for £185,000 which will contribute as well. Totalling £4,300,000. So for the financial Year if all house are sold we are looking at Revenue just over £7,000,000. This is the best bit: It remains the Board's intention to give consideration to the payment of a dividend at the earliest opportunity and we therefore aim to pay a dividend in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2014, subject to the foregoing.

PTV: Yes 50k per month for 4 months. It all depends on how much they will use/withdraw. Hence why it didnt rise today even though it has been sorted short term. MIRA: Im having doubts about this one now. Will have to decide what to do when the Interim is released.

I was bit annoyed with this statement and also the discount of placing. The focus on this trial means that first half revenues are likely to be slightly down year-on-year

I didnt go for Infinis as there has been some press report if Scotland becomes independent it will have major impact on Infinis in revenue. I believe its mentioned in the Prospectus to potential investors as well. Part of risk in investment.
